What an hour looks like
- Before: a short form so the hour starts on your question, not on introductions.
- 50 minutes of questions and screen share. We look at your real tools, inbox, site or numbers.
- 10 minutes of "here is what you do next".
- After: the recording, a one-page summary, three next steps, and a quote only if something is worth doing for you.
